🚚 Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders require a processing time of 3 business days before being shipped.
During this period, we:

During periods of high demand (such as Christmas, Black Friday, or sales), processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we will always inform the customer of any exceptional delay.
2. Shipping Time
Once the order has been prepared, the estimated shipping time is 9 calendar days.
Estimated delivery times by region:

Spain (Mainland & Balearic Islands): 9 days

European Union: 9–14 days

Latin America: 9–20 days (depending on the country and customs)
These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as transport delays, weather conditions, or customs procedures.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination.
In some countries, additional taxes or customs duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number (if your selected shipping method includes tracking).
Some regions may only offer partial tracking depending on the local carrier.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information:

The customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

No refunds will be issued for orders lost due to incorrect addresses.
6. Customs and Taxes (Latin America & Outside the EU)
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to:

These costs are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer.
We cannot speed up or bypass customs clearance processes.

Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by external factors (weather, strikes, customs, etc.), but we will always assist in resolving any issue.
8. Failed Deliveries
If the carrier attempts delivery and:

The order is not collected from a pickup point

The delivery is refused
The order will be returned to the sender. In this case, we can:

Reship the order (shipping costs paid by the customer), or

Issue a refund for the product minus the original shipping costs.
